Reynolds-Anthony’s love of learning began early, nourished by parents who were committed to providing him with a disciplined and broad-based education. After growing up in Germany and then Toledo, Ohio, he attended Capital University where he majored in English. Following his undergraduate work, he initial pursued graduate studies in Theology while serving on the faculties of two urban based educational institutions. Over the years, Reynolds-Anthony has participated in a number of executive development programs focused on Leadership, organization effectiveness and design, socio-tech work design, quality, strategic marketing, social venture development and applied design thinking.
Prior to founding, Lyceum Partners + design, Reynolds-Anthony pursued a highly successful executive career with Digital Equipment, Pillsbury, Wilson Learning and Progressive Insurance. He developed wide-ranging expertise in global customer service systems, mergers and acquisitions, organizational learning, leadership development, finance and above all marketing. Highlights included working on the Pillsbury integration of Haagen-Dazs, converting the Digital Export Services group to a 24-hour Warehouse and customer service system in record time, leading the technology sector marketing team for Wilson Learning and implementing new business development strategies through quality-driven work systems at Digital, Pillsbury and Progressive Insurance.
Lyceum Partners + design, where he currently serves as Managing Director, is a firm with a practice in developing effective local organizations that are infused with global intelligence. Clients have included; IBM Advanced Marketing Group, Chevron Research, Advanced Micro Devices, General Mills Foundation, Oikocredit (ecumenical development bank), Eskom (South Africa), Thrivent Financial Services, Second Harvest Food Bank, Land O’ Lakes International Division for Development, Oregon State University’s Food Innovation Center, Metropolitan Family Service, University of Minnesota Urban Research and Outreach/Engagement Center, Urban Homework’s, Pfizer, Credit Suisse Group, Presbyterian Church USA and Venture North Bike Walk and Coffee.

These practices complement his strengths in strategy building, fiscal & operational management, visionary marketing, and careful development of people and programs.
Aarica Coleman, is a Twin Cities native, born in St. Paul. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker with Metro Elite Realty and Senior Project Coordinator at the City of Minneapolis CPED; focusing on city sponsored homebuyer programs, education, financing and community outreach. With over 16 years of industry experience, both private and public sector, Aarica believes knowledge is power and is always willing to share information to the benefit of others.
Aarica has a passion and commitment to improve the lifestyle, environment, and opportunities of those who are underserved and underrepresented while being a community development advocate. She has a strong commitment to helping others improve the trajectory of their lives and their communities through homeownership, economic and political education.
Ron Richard is an entrepreneur and business junkie. Making his first attempt at business when, with a couple of friends, started and ran a novelty ice cream truck. He went on to own rental properties and provide home mortgages while working at a brokerage. Two years into joining US Bank, Ron was able to marry two of his passions by working with and helping businesses and other entrepreneurs succeed. For the last 10 years, Ron has been a commercial lender and banker covering the northeastern metro. He has taken on roles within the bank that took him to Ohio, Tennessee, Kentucky, Arizona, California, Washington, & Illinois. Ron is happy to be back grounded in the Minneapolis community helping and advising businesses to gain startup capital, growth capital, commercial real estate, lines of credit, and everything surrounding small business banking. Additionally, Ron is what they call a 10% Entrepreneur.
Taking advantage of opportunities as an advisor and angel investor in some upstarts and existing businesses, including a restaurant and dry cleaners. He has also provided advice on strategic and financial planning, business development, and capital structure. Ron is a part of The MN Harvest Initiative, a group of black entrepreneurs and professionals who are looking to better education and economic participation in our communities. He also serves on the Finance & Audit Committee of a for-profit magazine publishing company. Ron is an avid and voracious reader, traveler, and undercover math geek. His favorite book is Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance by Robert M. Pirsig. He recently traveled to Korea and Brazil for culture and family. He secretly reads and studies his sister’s calculus textbooks. He studied Accounting and Entrepreneurship at University of Mary in North Dakota and Applied Mathematics at Metro State University. He is a proud member of the DeLaSalle Mafia!
James is the Co-founder of Cleaning for Change Initiative. He is the Prison Reform State Conference Chair of the NAACP/MPLS Co-Chair. He is also a community organizer. While incarcerated, he unified every major religious group for peace. He is a mentor, an activist, and advocates for all underrepresented people. As well as a student at Hamline University.
The most important thing about Bukata Hayes is that he is the son of Dia Damani Courtney and Karen Hayes, husband to Lisa and father to Damani, Jalen, Zavier, and Zuri. In addition to this, Bukata has served as the Executive Director of the Greater Mankato Diversity Council since September, 2006. Prior to this role, he served as the Coordinator of the Multi Ethnic Center at Bethany Lutheran College in Mankato, the first-ever position of its kind at the college. Bukata received his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, Minnesota. He has membership and/or is on the board of numerous organizations such as the Mankato Chapter of the NAACP (President), Mayo Clinic, Mankato Hospital Board, Mankato Clinic Patient Advisory Board, Martin Luther King Jr. Commemorative Board (President), Salvation Army of Mankato (Advisory Board), and Blue Cross Blue Shield Foundation Board.
